O quarto estava muito limpo e isso faz um grande diferencial, fomos muito bem recebidos e o café da manhã estava ótimo, solicitei que fosse reservado um corte de solteiro com duas cama mas me deram uma de casal, quando fui na recepção mencionar este detalhe eles prontamente e rapidamente resolveram a pequena confusão e me deram um quarto conforme o solicitei, um ótimo atendimento.

I didn't feel comfortable in this hotel, the location was difficult to access, there was no option for a garage, and there were no blankets to spend the rainy nights.

I could give it 5 stars if it weren't for the treatment that the employees give to the guests, except those at the lobby bar are super nice the rest are horrible, treat it as if we were there for free. The food is very good, the location of the hotel is also great, only the renovation of the pool was bad. Hotel has very little activity, usually the all inclusive have

Café da manhã: Cmpleto só acho que deveria ter mais reposição. Limpeza estava ok porém senti falta de utensílios como papel higiênico e kit banho realmente eles vendem a parte, foi a primeira vez que vi isso e olha que já estive em mais de 25 hoteis em diferentes cidades e ☆. Barulho: Realmente escutei alguns barulhos a noite parecendo como um estralo ou algo batendo mas consegui dormir. Elevador: Tem um movimento estranho talvez por ser antigo, mas se não for o caso precisa de uma atenção. Minha experiência com delivery: o hotel aceita delivery sim, só acho que o entregador só não pode subir e concordo com o hotel pois é uma questão de segurança. Inclusive tem um restaurante próximo ao hotel onde a gente foi a pé (5 minutos de distância no máximo) que a comida é muito boa! Tem opções de pratos variados e é bem barato. Sobre o quarto, é bem grande gostamos bastante, o chuveiro quente funciona porém requer um pouco de paciência para regular a água (frio/quente). Sobre o frigobar vi um comentário sobre e realmente eles enchem o frigobar de coisas como bebidas e snacks é realmente chato para alguém que esteja com crianças ou queira guardar algo no frigobar como foi o nosso caso e isso nos incomodou pois não tinha espaço. Quando vi alguns comentários ruins senti vontade de cancelar a estadia mas não dava mais tempo pois já estava na cidade então acredito que o hotel atenda as melhorias solicitadas pois minha experiência foi razoavelmente boa. Relatei aqui tudo que me lembro.
