O quarto estava muito limpo e isso faz um grande diferencial, fomos muito bem recebidos e o café da manhã estava ótimo, solicitei que fosse reservado um corte de solteiro com duas cama mas me deram uma de casal, quando fui na recepção mencionar este detalhe eles prontamente e rapidamente resolveram a pequena confusão e me deram um quarto conforme o solicitei, um ótimo atendimento.

I didn't feel comfortable in this hotel, the location was difficult to access, there was no option for a garage, and there were no blankets to spend the rainy nights.

I could give it 5 stars if it weren't for the treatment that the employees give to the guests, except those at the lobby bar are super nice the rest are horrible, treat it as if we were there for free. The food is very good, the location of the hotel is also great, only the renovation of the pool was bad. Hotel has very little activity, usually the all inclusive have

Avaliação do Hotel

Em relação à limpeza, o hotel atendeu às expectativas: é limpo, como muitos já haviam comentado anteriormente. Quanto ao estacionamento, realmente as vagas são pequenas, e em alguns casos o carro pode não caber dentro da garagem. No entanto, quando isso aconteceu comigo, consegui estacionar em frente ao hotel com tranquilidade, pois há segurança e a recepção fica bem próxima, o que transmite confiança. O café da manhã é simples, mas satisfatório — oferece o básico para começar bem o dia. A única observação é que os itens não são repostos ao longo do horário do café. Ou seja, se você chegar por volta das 9h, já pode encontrar pouca variedade, pois o que acaba não é reabastecido. Isso aconteceu em mais de uma ocasião durante a minha estadia. No geral, a experiência foi positiva, com pontos fortes na limpeza e na segurança, e com margem para melhoria na reposição do café da manhã.
