This is a Suite sleeping 14 people in the busy Arnolds Park Area. This is in the former 316 restaurant along Hwy 71, this is a busy area. There is a small patio area with a grill, fire pit and patio chairs. This suite features a large area to gather, play cards and relax.
Full Kitchen for meal prep and a dining table.
We recommend bringing your bikes, wagons and even scooters for the kids. The bike trail goes right in front of our property.


I am available for you 24/7. For the quickest response, text me. This is not a good location for Bachelor X parties.
This location is in a complex with other airbnbs. You do have neighbors. We do now allow interaction with the passing vehicles.

You can walk to all the area bars and restaurants from this location. 1 block to the beach or jump on the boat. The Okoboji Spine Trail goes right in front of this location. Please note that this is along Hwy 71 and not the perfect area for small kids.

*4 blocks to the Emporium and Amusement Park

The parking lot is on the north side of the building. Once you park and look at the orange building, you will see a white door on the bottom level. This is your access to the Jones Beach. You do not enter the building to access your suite.

You will have an access code sent to you 24 hours before your arrival. There is a fee for early check in, contact us for more information.

We do also have a roof top patio that is for our guests only and can be accessed from entering the building.

This suite features 3 king beds, 3 queen beds and a set of bunk beds.
2 of the rooms have a king and a queen bunk.
1 room has a set of twin bunks and a queen bed.
1 room has a king bed only.
There are 2 full bathrooms.
Full Kitchen, dining and living room.
This is not the perfect location for groups with small children, it opens right to the parking lot with no immediate grass area to play. If you're a "party" group, please note there is no excessive noise allowed.


We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.

Awesome night stay
