Es segundo piso (no dispone de ascensor ) y cuenta con dos dormitorios, cocina independiente, terraza, salón-comedor con sofá cama , baño completo y amplia plaza de garaje incluida en el precio. Desde el salón y el dormitorio principal hay vistas al mar. Cuenta con todo lo necesario : lavadora, frigorífico, vitrocerámica, microondas, cafetera, plancha , batidora , menaje de cocina, caldera de gas ciudad , televisión plana 32 pulgadas, etc.

Se entrega con ropa de cama, toallas y kit de limpieza. Para estancias quincenales además se incluye recambio completo.
Una elección sin duda acertada para unas tranquilas vacaciones de playa y turismo gastronómico , pues en sus alrededores se encuentra la zona de los mejores restaurantes de Isla, especializados en mariscos y pescados de nuestra costa.
A tan sólo 15/25 minutos en coche pueden visitar El Parque de Cabárceno, Somo, Laredo, Ajo y Santoña..... y a 35/45 minutos Santander, Comillas, Suances y San Vicente de la Barquera.
