Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Franco war zu jederzeit problemlos. Er reagiert bei Problemen sehr schnell. Alles in allem bräuchte die Wohnung etwas mehr Charme, uns fehlte eine persönliche Note. Es wirkte alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch waren die Betten sehr bequem und auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man braucht ca. 15 Minuten zum See.

Keurig modern appartement op 10 min lopen van centrum Arona. Communicatie met de eigenaar is prettig. Buiten zitten op balkon kan zowel in de zon als onder het zonnescherm. Parkeer ruimte is gratis en voldoende aanwezig, wij konden altijd direct voor de ingang parkeren. Wat ik miste waren bier en wijnglazen, maar goed nu hebben we de limonade glazen gebruikt. Prijs en kwaliteit van het appartement zijn volgens mijn mening in goede verhouding. Wij gaan elk jaar ergens anders op vakantie, maar als we weer naar Arona gaan zou ik zeker voor dit appartement kiezen.

Neatly furnished apartment

"It is a very neat and complete apartment. Our stay was very pleasant. The lake is within walking distance, but we chose to go to Tesa Beach. Furthermore, there is plenty to do in the immediate surroundings. We took the train to Milan, which is highly recommended. Just be careful with street parking, as the street sweeper comes by on the first and third Monday of the month. Believe me, you'll get a fine if you're parked there."

Schöne Wohnung in Arona

Modern eingerichtet, sehr schöne Bäder, ca. 15 Min zu Fuß an die Promenade. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Franco ist ein freundlicher und sympatischer Vermieter.

Très bonnes vacances à Arona

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Logement refait à neuf, spacieux, bien équipé, très confortable. Parfait pour une famille avec enfants. Commerces à proximité. Centre ville et plages à 15-20mn à pied. Accueil très chaleureux de Franco. Nous recommandons vivement !
