The location was excellent, we had some issues communicating with the host but it worked out well in the end. The apartment was nice and well equipped some of the bathroom units were a little run down but did the job. It was hard to locate the apartment on arrival - if you get a taxi from the airport ask to be taken to the Clinica Vintersol if you stand looking towards the sea you will see the McDonalds sign and the entrance to the Nuevo Mar apartment block where the apartment is located is right there the host did send a photo to us but it took a while to realise where it was. Area is a little noisy as there are garbage trucks in the early hours sometimes but it is so close to Playa de las Vistas it makes up for it. Short walk (up hill) to a Mercadona as well.
