ViVa Tropical

Splendid recently renovated and totally refurbished 6-bedroom/6-bathroom villa with a private heated pool set in a tropical garden.

On the ground-floor there is a spacious open-plan living room with plenty of couch space with a 55” Smart TV with satellite and a dining area with a large dining table that seats up to 12 persons. The living room is bright with patio doors leading out onto the terrace and garden. The large kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob/oven, microwave , Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher for your convenience. There are plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. There are two bar tables that comfortably seats 6 persons. Also on the ground-floor there is a good-sized bedroom with twin beds and built-in-cupboards as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

On the first floor there are another four bedrooms, all of good size with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with toilets and showers . Two bedrooms have double-beds while the remaining two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each. The master bedroom and the bedroom 4 boast a balcony with mountain views.

The sixth bedroom is housed in the guesthouse at the far end of the garden. It is furnished with two single beds and has airconditioning as well as an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower.

Stepping out into the garden, on the terrace there is a large garden table for up to 12 persons. The charcoal BBQ is perfect for all those alfresco meals that you will want to enjoy with friends and family.

The private heated swimming pool measures 4 meters x 8 meters and has a depth of 1,8 meters. There are plenty of sun loungers to relax on and enjoy.

To explore the island and for bigger grocery shopping trips we recommend hiring a car directly at the airport.

There are parking spaces for two cars inside the property.

The owner lives a short drive away from the villa and can be contacted should there be any problems.

Villa “ViVa Tropical” is the perfect place to escape from it all. You are away from the bustling resorts but close enough to use them if you wanted. It will only take you 7 minutes to the beaches of Los Cristianos and 12 minutes to the beaches of Playa de Las Américas and Costa Adeje and 10 minutes to the surfing paradise of El Medano. You have a choice of six golf courses, all to be reached within 10 – 20 minutes by car.

The property is just a 5-minute stroll away from the centre of the village where you find various popular cafés and restaurants. Just 100 meters from the villa there is a palm lined park with a playground.

The world famous waterpark "SIAM PARK" is easily reached by car in only 10 minutes.

To explore the island and move around easily, for this property, we highly recommend to hire a car. There is public transport available and the nearest bus stop is less than 5 minutes waking from the villa.

The villa is equipped with a fast internet connection (300 Mbps) with very good coverage in all bedrooms, making this property an ideal place for any digital nomads. We are happy to provide you with monitors against a fee during your stay at our villa.

It has always been important to us to minimalize the environmental footprint and run the house as eco friendly as possible. The entire energy consum of ViVa Tropical is covered by renewable energy and all plants are treated with an environmental-friendly pesticide.

The property complies with all the requested security measures and is an officially recognized holiday home by the the Island Council of Tenerife.
