If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday, then Can Petit Estel is located in one of the last undeveloped seaside areas in Mallorca!
A luxurious, semi-detached, two-bedroom villa on a small complex of 8 villas, in the stunning scenic village of Betlem, a hidden gem at the eastern end of Alcudia Bay, overlooked by mountains, bordered by a conservation area with fantastic walks and hiking trails and just 250m from the sea, where there are two unspoilt coves. The rugged coastline has numerous nearby rocky coves & beaches and some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in Mallorca are between 15-30 minutes´ drive away.
3.5 km along the coast is the former fishing village of Colonia de Sant Pere which has a promenade, marina, many restaurants, an ATM, small supermarkets and a pharmacy. The medieval town of Arta, with its weekly market and fantastic shopping, is only 12 minutes away.
Can Petit Estel has recently been completely refurbished by the international interior designer owner to offer you a holiday paradise. It boasts a shared all-weather tennis court and a huge communal 20m x 10m swimming pool. It also offers off-street parking and a private furnished back garden.
The house is of a very high specification with its custom-made furniture and colour pallet. It exudes great charm and a magical atmosphere along with all the most up-to-date amenities one could need to feel fully at home. Can Petit Estel is the perfect retreat for a memorable and relaxing holiday.
Ground Floor
An open-plan ground floor maximises light and presents a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. The designer has managed to capture visual excellence from every angle.
The living area has a large bright window facing the back-decked garden. It offers a very comfortable space to include FIBRE WIFI, a 40” Smart television, all your audio equipment needs and a full UK & international satellite package.
The dining area is situated next to the double doors leading to the rear decked garden with outstanding views of the mountains.
A new fully equipped kitchen includes a state-of-the-art induction hob with internal exhaust, electric oven, a combi microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cafetière and filter coffee machine.
The ground floor shower room has a rain shower with glass surround, a toilet and wash basin, vanity and storage.
Back Garden
A decked back garden is fully furnished with outdoor teak furniture all made private by the surrounding Oleander bushes and a security door. There is a gas barbecue.
First Floor
The exposed beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors incorporate simplicity with traditional Mallorquin design. Two arched windows help to bring in the daylight and the staircase leads up to the first floor where there are two large bedrooms and main bathroom.
The air-conditioned master bedroom has a super king-size bed with bedside tables and a Balinese hand-carved chest of drawers and a round mirror as well as an extra-large wardrobe with all the space you could need. A safe is also included for you to store your valuables. Double doors lead out onto your private balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains and the raw beauty of Betlem. This overlooks the back garden and swimming pool area. A pair of comfortable wicker chairs make for the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the tranquillity.
A second air-conditioned bedroom has twin beds (which can be placed together upon request), bedside tables, another large wardrobe and double doors leading out onto a small balcony with views of the sea. Colourful artwork brings the room to life.
The main bathroom brings further luxury with a marble vanity with twin sink basins, a large mirror, a full-sized bath, tiled shower, toilet and bidet.
As the property has only two bedrooms and no sleep sofa, there can only be a maximum of four guests only.
A utility room accessed via the kitchen has an additional sink, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.
Please note that if you have an electric car, it is forbidden to use the villa or the neighborhood electricity. Charging stations are limited. The closest charger is available in Colonia de Sant Pere.
