Beautiful Villa Olivella is located in the picturesque village of Betlem and only 200 metres from the sea.



It is a cosy family house in 2 parts and is separated by a courtyard. In its outdoor area there is a swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sea view, which borders with a small garden area. Inside there is the master bedroom en suite with air conditioning, the fully equipped kitchen and the bright living/dining room with panoramic windows. In the other wing of the house there are two more bedrooms, both with bathroom en suite and air conditioning.





Important



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Betlem is located in the northeast of the island and is still an insider tip for many island lovers. The place directly between the sea and the mountains is something very special on Mallorca with its location.

Nature lovers will find great hiking trails with breathtaking views in the large Llevant nature reserve, directly behind the village.

Of course, there is also a bakery in the village that is open all year round, as well as cafés and restaurants. Further shopping facilities such as supermarkets, a pharmacy and various restaurants can be found in the next village, Colonia de Sant Pere, which is about 4 km away. During the long walks by the sea, you will discover many small natural coves that invite you to swim.
