The 357m² vacation villa "Villa Espacio" is located in Arta, a town on the eastern side of Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. The villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped, high-end designer kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people (plus an infant). The villa also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in all the bedrooms, a television, surfstick Internet, a CD and DVD player, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request). Home office is also available with stable Wi-Fi of more than 200 Mbit/s with access throughout the entire building as well as stable cell phone reception on the property.



Guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view from their balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun in the open and closed terraces, both for private use. The outdoor area also has a 10 x 4 m saltwater pool located between the shore and the house with outdoor showers for private use, as well as a shared grill.

The villa is just 20 to 25 minutes (8 to 23.5 km) by car from the sunny beaches of S'Arenal and Playa del Muro on scenic Alcudia bay. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Betlem and Puig de Ferrutx hiking areas just up to 10 minutes by car from the villa. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic Canyamel Golf course just 30 minutes (38 km) by car. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 1 hour (74 km) drive away.

The property has a garage available for parking. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people are not allowed and events are not permitted.
