Staff were 5 star quality - really impressed that while I was there it was my home - nothing was to big or small to ask. Handy distance from town without being too close. Nice and quiet in the evenings 😊 They even packed a breakfast for me to take to the airport when I left at 0300 😳 Food was great in the restraunt and quick walk to local vendors. Felt safe in the hotel and walking in the local area. Thanks to the whole team for giving such personalised customer care 💜

Great place to stay close to airport with complimentary airport shuttle— even at 4:00 a.m.! They provided a complimentary boxed breakfast to take along. Staff is extremely nice and room was comfortable and had a/c. Highly recommend! Oh, and I received an excellent massage😊

rooms are good; internet was bad; food is below average; staff are nice but lack passion, contrast to most of the tourist hotels. it's a decent hotel to stay for work (but internet was a problem), don't eat there, there are many better places. not worth the price.

This was our meeting place for a night (although we spent several night before) prior to a Nat Geo Great Migration Safari in Tanzania. The staff were friendly, helpful and all around best. The could not do enough for us. It was a delightful stay.
