The rooms is old. the spring in the mattress is too old. Blanket is dirty. Wifi only at lobby area

舊式飯店新包裝

外觀看起來很氣派，但內裝上就是舊式商務旅館，雙人房只有兩張單人床房型（除非自己把兩張拉出來合併...）但是毛巾、浴衣、盥洗用品（資生堂的）都很乾淨。離市區有一段距離，開車去比較方便，門口有很多停車格不怕沒位置，連住兩天雖然有掛不用打擾的牌子，服務人員還是放了一包新的毛巾跟浴衣在門口，很貼心。

タクシーに乗るまでもないと富良野駅から歩いたが，新旧プリンスホテルを経由するバスが近くを走っており便利だと後から知った。

雨竜、富良野、美瑛に花畑を見る旅に行くために、朝食付きプランで宿泊しました。建物自体が古めと言う事もあって、レトロ感は有りますが、宿泊のみで利用するには十分なホテルだと思います。ホテル周辺の食事が出来るところをフロントの方に尋ねると、地図を広げてくださり、オススメのお店を何店舗か紹介してくれました。道順も教えてくださり、行列が出来るほどの洋食屋さんで夕食を済ます事ができました。ハンバーグ美味しかったです。朝食はバイキング形式で、そんなに品数はないですが、十分にお腹は満たされました。ラベンダーの時期には少し遅かった旅になりましたが、思い出旅行になったので、ホテルも含め満足です。

フロントスタッフの方の対応が新人さんなのかいまいちでした。質問したことに答えようとしてくれるのはなく、何とかその場を切り抜けようとしている感じがすごい伝わる接客でした。

食事が残念でした。富良野に来たのに、地元食材が全く使われていませんでした。部屋はそこそこで良いので、朝食を強化してほしい。

아마 스키시즌에는 사람들이 많을 것 같은데, 전 비에이 관광하고 운카이 테라스 가기 전에 묵는 곳으로 선택했습니다. 주변에 편의점 있어서 편했고, 차로 10분 나가면 먹을 곳도 많습니다. 약간 오래된 숙소긴 하지만 청소상태는 양호합니다. 생수는 제공되지 않습니다.

【フロント対応】前日にサイトから予約したせいか、チェックイン時に予約連絡が届いていなくて、ホテルズドットコムに確認するとフロントで言われ、部屋に案内されるまで４０分ほど待たされ、疲れた。【夕食】オプションでホテルで夕食のバイキングを頼んだが、終了まで１時間以上あるのになくなった料理は補充されないし、補充してほしいと言うと従業員は外人（アジア系）でかたこと日本語でどれを補充してほしいのかと聞いてくる始末。無くなっているものはすべてと答えると、しばらくして食材がないので補充できないものがあるとか。値段の値打ちはなく、外で食べたほうがよかった。

If you are going to Ski at Furano. The Hotel is a good choice!The room is clean and the front desk is the best!! (The staff who on the night shift one help us a lot )

Neat and tidy room with old furniture. Breakfast is provided. Hot springs are available inside the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Close to Ski Resorts. Cheap price. Good for budget traveller.
