Casa Eleatica is a modern and comfortable house is managed in the finest details, situated on the first floor of
a big villa in the center of Ascea Marina, a little town on the sea. The house boasts a privileged position,
thanks to the commercial activities and to the seaside facilities on the sea. The house is near the big and
sandy beach and the sea, famous for the Blue Flag. The accommodation is also distant 50 mt to the center of
the town and 2.5 to the famous Archeological Site of Elea-Velia, Heritage of UNESCO. The apartment is of 80
mq and could host a maximum of 6 guests. It consists of a big and bright living room, an equipped kitchen, a
dinner room with table, chairs, couch, TV LCD and air conditioning. There are also two bedrooms. The first

one is a double bedroom and the second one is a bedroom with two single beds. In the house, there are two
