This lovely two bedroomed cottage sleeping up to 4 guests is in easy walking or cycling distance of the beautiful Carsington Water where you can have a leisurely stroll around the shops, have a coffee, do the 8 mile walk or cycle route around the reservoir, or try out the numerous water sports they have on offer. In a 10 minute drive you can be in towns of Ashbourne or Wirksworth. All cottages at our holiday village can make use of the indoor heated swimming pool and games room.

The kitchen is well equipped for all your self catering needs and includes a cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils.

All bedrooms have ample drawer and wardrobe space.

One hairdryer is provided.

The en suite bathroom has shower enclosure, WC and wash basin.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, WC and wash basin.

A high chair (without straps) is available upon request

The rates include WIFI, heating, bed linen and two fresh towels per person per stay.
