This spacious open plan cottage, has lots of comfy seating and large dining table, sleeping up to 10 guests, it makes it an ideal cottage for a get together with family or friends. Located in the courtyard at Knockerdown, it is just a short walk to the beautiful Carsington Water where you can walk or cycle around the reservoir (approx. 8 miles if you do the whole route), try out the many water sports they have on offer, go fishing or just have a leisurely walk around the shops, have a coffee, or if you don't feel like cooking why not have breakfast or lunch overlooking the beautiful reservoir. With being in the heart of the beautiful Derbyshire Dales this is a perfect base for visiting lots of local attractions in a 30 minute drive away you have Chatsworth House, The Heights of Abraham and Alton Towers. Also in a 5 to 10 minute drive away you have access to the Tissington Trail, which gives you miles of safe off road cycling or walking on the disused railway lines, where you can take in the breath taking views.

All cottages at our holiday village can make use of the indoor heated swimming pool and games room.

The family bathroom has an over bath shower, WC and wash basin.

The ground floor shower room has enclosed shower, WC and wash basin.
