The checkin was quick. Our room was very spacious. The property itself is rather "tired" but the beds were comfortable. There are train tracks across the street but while some trains did pass they weren't a huge annoyance.

Great find in Ashburton

This little motel has a delightful manager who is very accommodating and helpful. The room is extremely spacious and very well equipped & convenient to town.

Handy to shopping area .I think the towets were mearnt to be white but were gray and as were face flannels and the bed cover was quite worn .Otherwise the room smelt fab.
