The AC Biltmore was very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I arrived a few hours before check in and was able to get a room right away, in which I really appreciated! The King room with balcony was very clean and spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Thanks for a great weekend stay

Second night of stay, no water in hotel. Hotel staff said they would refund 2nd night of stay and hotel staff didn’t refund. Additionally, staff didn’t notify us that anything was wrong until we raised it as an issue.
