Clean room, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for our family after a long drive. The morning breakfast offered good options, and the facility was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Asheville.

The hotel was nice. It was just frustrating to get checked in. I was using my mom’s credit card to pay for the room. She couldn’t physically be there because she’s in Hospice. I had 2 grandchildren ready for bed and it took almost 2 hours to get checked in. I understand policy but it was very difficult to get everything squared away. Another client came in and he reserved his room with a card he didn’t physically have but was in his Apple Pay. He made the reservation online so he could get extra bonus points but had to use another card. Just ridiculous. 😡
