Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with many options, several hot items. The person serving in the breakfast area was very helpful. Breakfast area was a little crowded, but we were able to secure a table both days. The hotel is located right by historic Biltmore Village and near Biltmore Estate entrance. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in Asheville.

Clean room (overall could use some updating, the carpet especially but felt clean otherwise), helpful staff, great hot tub and pool (small but did the job for having fun indoors in winter!) nice selection for breakfast.
