This was such a unique hotel. The staff was excellent especially the elevator operator. The hotel is in an awesome location, close to everything. Restaurants and shopping are all in walking distance, Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness of hotel was top tier. They have a great restaurant and rooftop bar on site. The location is also perfect as it has plenty of dining, coffee & shops within walking distance.

Fabulous job rehabbing and decorating the building. Best restaurant in Asheville right downstairs. And the secret Speakeasy in the basement is a treat. Only there one day night will definitely return!

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very clean! Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and attentive. The building itself is full of history and charm, and the location is perfect - right in downtown, within walking distance to so many great spots. The on-site restaurant is super popular, and the rooftop bar has amazing views! I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Asheville!

This boutique hotel is perfectly situated and very nice inside. The staff were wonderful from valet to bartenders to check-in. But don’t expect to get an early check-in. It’s a busy place.
