Would have given this property a 4/5 if it weren’t for the noise until 1am in our room. We were located on the 6th floor - I’m assuming right under the restaurant. There was loud noise until 1am from above us that sounded like moving furniture/jumping/banging. Other smaller issues were the cleanliness of the shared water refill station on the floor and the smell in the hallway on our floor. Our room itself was great. Location is AMAZING - walking distance to everything. The lobby / bar area is great. The view from the rooftop bar is unreal. Will stay again, but request a lower floor option.

Delightful stay

The room is one of the most efficient I have stayed in all over the world. Everything was the same size and comfort as traditional rooms, but simply designed to delight the guest. Come on, a free cocktail!

Check in was stressful because when I gave the hotel my itinerary number only 1 room showed up. He was kind to call and get it straightened out. But it took quite a while and the hotel was sold out so We thought we were going to have to find somewhere else to stay. Not a great way to start our get away!

The Moxy is an interesting alternative. The room is pretty small, and if you are traveling with luggage, you might have troubles with the space in the room as well as getting the luggage to and from your car. Parking is at an adjacent public parking deck, and it can be a hassle to load and unload with just a bit of curbside access to the hotel. The amenities and appointments in the room were trendy and unusual. I think that this would be very attractive to people looking for the artistic and traveling light.

This was great place to stay! Well located and a nice 2 story lobby facing the Main Street. Games and activities in the lobby and areas to spread out was great. The rooms are small but very well designed. Only minor complaint is they seemed understaffed in that empty glasses in the lobby area spread across tables stayed there all day! Very minor but worth noting.

Totally cool, relaxed, and welcoming.

Loved this hotel! The location is perfect - walking distance to everything Asheville has to offer. Was overly impressed with the whole vibe. Totally cool.
