The Bolthole, perfectly described by its name, is a cosy yet spacious cabin for couples looking to escape to the countryside and immerse themselves in the natural world. The cabin has been hand-crafted by its' owner using many energy efficient techniques to ensure you have a wonderful experience in the heart of the Kent countryside. Floor to ceiling windows invite the outside in, allowing you to watch nature unfold. The Bolthole has a clever roomy design with an open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a linked seating area connected to the bedroom where you can sit, relax and read or watch the birds or the neighbouring sheep with open skies and wrap-around countryside views. The interior living area is welcoming and comfortable with some of the smaller pieces of furniture having been crafted by the owner to fit perfectly into its surroundings. Through the French doors there is a private decked area with outside seating and a fenced garden area with a hot tub and a chiminea for those chilly evenings outside stargazing. In addition, there is also a central area with use of a utility cabin with two washing machines; one for the humans and the other is for your doggies towels and blankets, if they require a rinse. There is also a storage cupboard for wet coats and muddy boot and an outside tap for washing muddy paws. The Bolthole is set amid 10 acres of land, predominantly farmland and neighbouring fields which form part of a working cattle and sheep farm.
