Parking was a bit difficult to navigate. I had to scan a QR code, pay, then enter through a specific gate (right handed gate at all times, entering and exiting the parking garage). That being said, the parking garage doesn't appear to be owned or operated by the hotel and navigating that little experience didn't detract from our stay. The property is clean and well kept. The restaurant was really good (fish and chips were great) and the bar-tending staff was super pleasant. I would stay here again, for sure.

Nice bar / restaurant area. Friendly staff. Very spacious, comfortable and clean room. TV antenna didn't seem to be connected, but wasn't a concern enough to call about it. Convenient way to self check out from the food kiosk and not have to go to the desk to buy stuff. Good location, I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself was very nice. The lobby was clean, modern and busy. The room was clean and as described. The pressure in the shower was great and the towels were really soft! The bed was firm and the blackout curtain could be lowered or raised and it worked wonderfully! The only negative was the area where you get dropped off was being remodeled so the drop off was chaotic and the parking lot was farther than I would have liked. It was down a road and on the 3rd floor there was a bridge so you didnt have to go outside. But we had to take our luggage and carry it through the hallways.

The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived in the parking garage. They helped me with my luggage, found luggage I had failed to unload, and were tirelessly looking out for me. The 2 dinners I had from the restaurant were both excellent. The server, Colton, was very nice.

The staff was top tier. Professional and accommodating. Spotless room and great amenities. Only suggestion would be to move the toilet tissue holder to the right and forward. VERY hard to reach.

Check in was pleasant and efficient. So generous to let us check out late! Room was the perfect temp when we walked in. Bed and pillow were just like I like it. Quiet in there, could not hear neighbors at all. Valet did a wonderful job (even though I would have been happy to park myself if I had seen where to go.)

Room was clean! Beds were comfortable i loved the bed! We got the buffet it was good. It was quiet. The convenience to the convention center was awesome. The staff was very helpful, very polite and kind! I would stay there again!
