We checked in with Nicolle at the front desk and she was amazing. She helped us find restaurants and shopping. She was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a loft suite and it was fantastic. It was very spacious with high ceilings and 6 huge windows with a great view. Had a nice 2 person bathtub and great hot water. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to everyone. As Nicolle about the best places to go while you’re there, she is Awesome!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of hospitality that made me feel truly welcome. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained—clean, comfortable, and stylish—but what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding customer service. Let me give a special shoutout to the dream team: Almonie Womack, Brian Dickers, and Dennis Larson. These three are absolute rockstars of hospitality. Almonie made me feel like royalty the moment I walked in—warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Brian was always one step ahead, anticipating needs I didn’t even realize I had—talk about next-level service! And Dennis? He’s the kind of professional who radiates pride in what he does. His dedication and genuine care for guests create an atmosphere that’s rare to find. The rooms were immaculate, the amenities top-tier, and the location perfect—but let’s be honest, it’s people like Almonie, Brian, and Dennis that turn a hotel stay into a five-star memory. I liked the expansive space. The loft room was easily three times the size of an average hotel room. The big industrial feel of the room and the building was very appealing to me.
