The main-level entertainment area features a new 75-inch Samsung QLED 4K UHD 7 Series flat-screen TV and a SONOs sound system. (The home has multiple flat-screen TVs, and the sound system is installed throughout.) The dining area accommodates eight people, and the primary bedroom comes equipped with wall-mounted air conditioning and a jetted tub in the en suite bathroom.
