This condo is a comfortable space with everything you need to enjoy a trip to the mountains. Appointed with a dining table for 4, laptop ready work space, a fully stocked kitchen, and balcony with patio set to enjoy the Aspen Mountain view, this vacation rental is a great choice for all travelers looking to experience Aspen. The lofted sleeping space is equipped with a queen bed, make up table and small dresser. The living room sofa pulls out to a full bed. The space is ideal for a single, couple or small family traveling together.



The convenient location, just 3 blocks to the heart of downtown Aspen and 1/2 mile to the Aspen Mountain gondola makes this a perfect choice any time of year. In the winter you will enjoy the proximity to the ski slope but the quiet of this residential neighborhood. You can store your skis at the mountain and take a leisurely stroll through town in the morning, stopping at the Spring Cafe for an incredible breakfast (their Huevos Rancheros is our favorite!). In the summer months you are just a few blocks from the popular Saturday market or the Rio Grande bike and pedestrian trail. Year-round this condo is a great place to enjoy your Aspen vacation with family or friends.



This condo is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We may be able to provide luggage assistance as needed.



A window air conditioner is provided in the loft bedroom. Fans are provided for your comfort in the living and kitchen area.

Location is Great-Unit Not what Expected

The location was amazing, but there were a few issues we had with our stay. First issue was the parking situation. Online, it states: “Free offsite parking,Street parking available, Parking on site”. To me, I understood this as a parking spot on site of the complex. We had to find parking on the street and compete with skiers and construction vehicles. Second issue, weekday construction noise. On weekdays, loud construction noises began at 7:30am waking us up daily. So to say the least, we did not get the rest we were hoping for on vacation. Third, the bath towels were old, ragged, and stained. Not what I would expect for a vacation rental. The unit was a little outdated, including random gym equipment in the living room and no closet space. Overall, we had a nice visit, but again for the amount we spent, this did not match or exceed my expectations for this rental.

Stayed three nights to visit our daughter who’s working her second season on Buttermilk. 10” fresh powder made it all the sweeter! Place was stocked with everything we needed, a cozy studio to return to. Walk or short drive to everything. Only concern was the very steep stairs to loft. We would absolutely book again.

Great stay at this condo, property manager Pauline was very helpful. The condo was large and clean and within walking distance of slopes. Heated floors in multiple areas of condo which was nice after skiing. Probably about an 8-10 minute walk to Ajax Gondola and a short 2-3 minute walks to a neighboring bus stop that will take you to the Gondola if you don’t want to walk that far. Very close to grocery store City Market.

Great property in the heart of Aspen! Short walk to just about any venue in downtown Aspen. Property was the perfect size for my girlfriend and I. We also really appreciated the high-speed internet and great communication from property management. Would stay again!

Trip Down Memory Lane

The location was perfect, I used to live in Aspen in that neighborhood in the 1980s.so was familiar with the area. The apartment was well appointed, great bed and great shower! I did not have a car but did not need one. I could walk to everywhere and the free bus was great.

It was a cozy, spacious little apartment right downtown very welcoming, easy to get to, I enjoyed the nice stemware glassware and bar set up inside the house, I believe the previous owner must’ve been into wine, but it was really nice to have good glassware. Would rent again highly recommended.

Great place close to everything

We really enjoyed staying here. It is easy enough to walk to the Ajax gondola and anything else that you need to do in town. It is clean and comfortable and has a great feel to it. The only thing that was a bit annoying is that skis cannot be stored in the designated ski locker in the condo and have to be left outside on the balcony, which results in them being covered in snow/ice in the morning.

Great stay in Aspen!

Overall a very nice and modern unit. Just a few blocks from the center of town. Quiet and chill street. TWO things that need to be addressed/updated: 1) The bathroom is on the first floor right off of the living room, which is fine. The problem is, it's small and gets HOT so having the door open is a must. However, all of the neighbors can see directly into the unit and there are NO privacy blinds. At night with the lights on, the neighbors can see EVERYTHING. It is extremely annoying. This place is in desperate need of of some opaque privacy blinds, at least on the window right across from the bathroom. 2) The lighting in the bathroom is literally terrible. Using the bathroom mirror is impossible. The two tiny lights are very dim and placed in a weird position so the light doesn't touch you or the mirror. No light in the shower/tub. The only bright(er) light is a heat lamp light in the center of the bathroom, which is too unbearably hot to leave on. Such a quick and simple fix.
