Very modern and sleek interior design. Sea lions right outside our room...noise-cancelling earplugs very thoughtfully supplied. Beautiful, amazing views of the harbor...right on the water! Close to many attractions.

Rooms were absolutely beautiful, but didn’t sleep a wink. Sea lions are 50 feet away and bark ALLLLLL night long. Wish I would have known ahead of time. I would not have brought my dog either because of sea lions. It’s too bad because it is beautiful.

We paid for an upgrade to the Buoy Suite and couldn’t be happier we did. The view was one of a kind with seals regularly playing in the water just in front of our balcony. The staff was always available and pleasant and helpful. Very LGBTQ friendly. The bar/restaurant which is the safe as the hotel staff were awesome.

We highly recommend a stay at the Bowline. Clean, comfortable rooms with an awesome view (we stayed in 39). The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Lots of places within walking distance. The one complaint we have is the lack of microwave in the room, really inconvenient to not be able to warm up leftovers. I heard there is a microwave in the main hotel area but thats not a fun option if the weather is bad or you want to stay in your PJs.
