Great place to stay downtown- walk to sites, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. The owner, Alicia, was very friendly and helpful, as well as the front desk staff- Alberto and Fabian. They made us eggs for breakfast along with all the other offerings and great coffee! I would return here!

This place is great! Historical colonial hotel giving it a very vintage feeling. The staff were great. I told them I had an early flight, and they made me a small breakfast and coffee. I wasn’t expecting that so I appreciate the gesture. Spacious room with a nice terrace.

Historic Colonial Style Hotel

The hotel is in a historic colonial style building in the center of the city. Beautifully renovated. Helpful and friendly staff. My room was super - large, high ceilings, modern air conditioning with a comfy bed. Great feel to the place.

Historical Hotel with great service.

We spent 6 nights at this family run hotel located in historic area of town. There are restaurants within walking distance. The service was outstanding! The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. It’s the first place we stayed where staff change the bed spread every other day!!! Good breakfast with excellent service from staff. Good AC and WiFi in the rooms. The location is We took Uber’s to newer part of town.

Excellent value for money

Great hotel in the centre of Asuncion with real old world charm. Basic very spacious room with nice balcony, good breakfast. Staff are very helpful. One staff member (unfortunately I've forgotten his name) phoned several shops for us to help us find a football shirt for our grandson - successfully! Would recommend this placee - has a charm that you do not find in the chain hotels.

Basic hotel in Central Asuncion

For a brief stay in Asuncion this hotel does the job. It's very simple but comfortable and the staff are very accommodating. It's in the centro, which can be far from other important parts of Asuncion, but is close to bars and restaurants to keep you entertained. There is parking available if needed, be sure to advise the staff because the spaces are limited.

clean and cheap with nice staff

forgot to mention that can be noisy due to nearby traffic and free breakfast not that good but there is good coffee and toast and cereal. No eggs. at 3 am there is a car with loud speaker selling things. weird

Nice old rustic building in center of old city

Clean, spacious and walking distance to major attraction. At the corner of streets Estrella and Colon. Staff pleasant and helpful. 20 dollars each way to and from the airport. Cabs take US dollars. Had a good sleep. Nice private balcony. Cheap but good.
