This place is a good choice for a medium or long-terms stay. Great location, safe, spacious, elegantly furnished, totally equipped. Attention to details in cleanning and comfort. We make efforts to offer not a house but a home to our guests. If for some reason you need some advice or some help we will genuinely enjoy helping you in everything we could do.
Twoo bedrooms, one for a couple and another with twoo twinn bedrooms. One family bathroom and one social toilet.

HOUSE RULES

Please keep our home safe and close the front door, both as you enter or leave the house.
The house is only for non-smokers.
We care a lot hygiene, tidiness and cleanliness, this is a very important matter for us, and so we ask you to look after these aspects especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Please keep the bathroom clean and dry after use.
Cleaning service is not included. We offer a cleaning service for $ 30 each time, just ask us for it.
The neighborhood and we are very quiet people. Please reduce noise at minimum after midnight.
The accommodation is for four adult people, eventually can fit one more person with an extra bed that we offer, which cost is included in the tariff. We want to know about each one of the people before the hosting agreement. Once the deal is executed, modifications will be no longer possible.
We love children, they are welcome.
Pets: so we can accept your pet, you should know that I have a cat named "Mimo" and that your faithful friend should be tolerant to cats and be trained for conviviality. Your pet has to go out for its needs during walks and not doing it in the garden.

When you leave a room, turn off the air conditioner
and some other electrical device unnecessarily connected
The house is very well insulated, so you can turn off the air conditioner and the temperature will remain pleasant for a few hours
