There was confusion when I checked in. The desk attendant wanted me to provide payment on my arrival. I tried to explain that reservations done through Orbitz are prepaid. I had to wait almost an hour for her to contact her supervisor to verify this. The breakfast did not offer much in the way of healthful choices. I was there four nights and did not get fresh towels during that time. I asked on the third day and was promised towels, but they did not arrive.

Bom, mas pode ser melhor.

A localização é excelente para quem quer andar pelo centro histórico, funcionários prestativos, mas peca na limpeza, encontrei vários fios de cabelo no chão, inclusive uma meia do hóspede anterior, o espelho do banheiro não foi limpo, foi possível ler declaração de amor que o hóspede anterior deixou escrita no espelho, o wi-fi deixou a desejar dentro do quarto, porém na recepção o sinal estava excelente.

Muito boa! Quarto amplo, atendimento cordial e ótimo café da manhã. Somente de ponto negativo foram os travesseiros, bastante gastos e comprometeu a qualidade do meu sono sempre me dando dor no pescoço e cabeça.
