Odaya girdiğimde yerlerde bir önceki misafirden kalma dökülmüş saçlar vardı. Yani yerler temizlenmemişti. Çöp kutuları bile bir önceki misafirden kalma çöpler vardı boşaltılmamıştı. Banyo duş başlığı hortumu kırıktı ve duşu bile zor aldım. Odada sabun bile yoktu. İstediğimde getireceklerini söylediler yalnız getirilmedi. Odada soğutma için mini bar bile yoktu. Aldığım içecekleri marketten aldığım buz kalıpları ile soğuttum. Oda sanki inşaatta gibiydi. Klozet bile yerinden oynuyordu. Kaldığım otel ve apartların içinde en vasatıydı. Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğimden eminim.

Gece 3 derece olan bir havada ısıtma yok! Klima devre dışı, kalorifer yanmıyor.! Kıyafetlerle yatmak zorunda kaldık. Tv yayını yok! Yorgan ver ama nevresimi yok. Nevresim istedik, tayak alezi gonderdiler! Özet olarak: "Duş yapamadan ilk defa bir otelde kaldık" dersem durum anlaşılır sanırım?

Otel çok eski, klimalar çalışmıyor, çok özensiz kötü bir otel, tuvalet ve banyo kapıları kitlenmiyor yani kilit aşağıda yuvası yukarıda yerine denk gelmemiş, vidalarını söküp aşağı takmak çok mu zor! Duş alırken kapı açılıyor, lavabonun altındaki dolabı açtım kapak elimde kaldı, çok ilginç bir fotoğraf çektim fakat yükleyemiyorum ona da ayrı ayar oldum, mecbur kalmadıkça tercih edilmemeli!

Resimlerde gozuken jakuzi ve küvet yoktu odada,en pahalısını ve ozellıkle onu rağmen soyledıgımızde yardımcı olmadılar bizi normal düz bi odaya yerlestirdiler odada hic bir sey calısmıyordu sac kurutması bile üstüne kaloriferleri bile yanmıyordu aksam yanıcak dedıler bu kış günü sadece 1 saat yaktılar oda dısardan daha soguktu kesinlikle parası haketmeyen bi hizmet banyoda terlik bile yoktu kısacası müsteri memnuniyeti sıfır kimseye önermiyorum

Odamızın kaloriferi yanmıyordu, biraz olsun ısınmak için klimayı açmak istedik klimanın kumandası bile odada değildi 2 kere resepsiyonu aradık istedik ve öyle alabildik. Oda temiz değildi çalışanlar da ilgisizdi.
