A very nice family owned business. Very safe for they have their front door lucked and greeting us in person. Good breakfast, convenient location for Acropolis, museums, food and subway. 10 rate!

Great location. The room served its purpose and staff was nice HOWEVER the lobby and hallways smelled like garbage masked with perfume. So gross. Also all the rugs were filthy. Would not stay again.

This property offers large rooms, comfortable beds, large bathrooms with plenty of water and adequate device charging facilities. There is no lobby to speak of. It is a fine place to sleep and has an excellent location, but it’s not fancy in the traditional sense.

The AD hotel has 3 amazing things going for it: #1 The staff. The hotel concierge, the cleaning staff, the breakfast staff were all amazing. I have traveled to 16 countries this year alone and stayed at dozens of hotels, and the staff at the AD hotel stand out in my mind as some of the very best. The concierge was very helpful, informative and friendly to myself and other guests. The breakfast staff were very attentive and courteous each morning. #2 The location. The hotel is just around the corner from the acropolis and practically next to the subway. You just can’t get a better location for visiting this part of the city. #3 The breakfast. The food was excellent. Fresh treats, healthy options, beautifully presented, and we ate on the beautiful terrace overlooking the city with views of the Acropolis. Just amazing.

Nice place in unbeatable location

Nice small and friendly hotel in super location- entrance to Acropolis right around the corner, as well as a major metro line. It’s on a side street which means it’s quiet, but in the Plaka district so tons of cafes, restaurants, shops available as well. Staff were friendly and helpful, booked taxis etc. Breakfast was good, with a killer view of the Parthenon.

Fantastic stay at AD Hotel! The room is spacious, and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly welcoming! The breakfast was wonderful, as well. And the location simply cannot be beat! It is steps to EVERYTHING....shopping, restaurants, major sites....and we would highly recommend this property!!!!

There are many good things about this place. The rooms were a nice size with good cupboard space and spotless. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Service was superb. Family friendly lobby. However they only had a small older television on the wall, most newer hotels have smart TVs where you can watch Netflix, YouTube, and even sign in to watch your own feeds. Breakfast was ample, typical Greek style but be aware there is no hot food as they do not have a microwave or toaster. The bathroom was quit large and modern with a great shower but lacked adequate shelving for towels and toiletries Nonetheless I would stay there again and highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location of the hotel was amazing. Also, I might have the one of the best morning coffee experience in Athens on the hotel's rooftop facing the incredible Acropolis.

This is a nice place with excellent location, generous breakfast and comfortable rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. It was cold and windy in Athens when I was there so it was nice come back to a comfy room and great 🚿 water temp and pressure 👍 👍 witj the heads and extension to clean the harder to reach area. So nice after a long flight or long day exploring! I had the deluxe double which was worth paying up a bit for if you're an American used to 300 SF hotel rooms.
