Great hotel close to everything

Great hotel within walking distance of everything. Great breakfast around the corner at a little restaurant. Clean, comfortable beds, and nice shower. Only issue with our room was the suite was a loft, so you had to go up and down stairs to sleep. But it wasn't bad. Just something to know. Staff was very very helpful and courteous.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. 1) The room I was given was ground level next to the lobby. You hear everyone that comes in, the toilets flushing, the staff chatting and there is no natural light as there is a gate on the window. There was damage on the door and jacuzzi. It needs repair. 2) There is absolutely no view. It’s a complete lie on the website. When I asked the clerk at the front desk if I was given the correct room as online it says there is a view, he said “Well if you go up against the gate on the wall you can see outside through the holes”. The room felt like a basement apartment. 3) The inside lock mechanism on my door did not align with the hole therefore it could not be used. Considering I was a woman traveling solo it did not feel safe. Additionally there is no one at the front desk from 10pm-7am. 4) I exited my room to go get breakfast on the last day and as I’m walking in the front desk clerk yells “Exit. Exit the room”. I swipe my room key and go to open my room door and some lady runs out my room saying sorry. I go to the front desk and ask why a lady was in my room at 10:35am (when checkout is at 11am). The clerk said they have to prepare the jacuzzi for the next guest bc it has an issue with a pipe to empty and takes them 3hrs to fill back up. I don’t understand how that couldn’t wait a few minutes until after I checked out especially since checkin is at 3pm. It felt completely sketchy.

Brand new property with 11 rooms opened a month ago so everything is new. Comfortable bed! The front desk gentleman was very helpful. He gave us advice as to where to go for supper and recommended roof top bar to see the Acropolis! We ask him if he could call us a taxi for our return flight and he did not hesitate to call and give us all the information about the taxi driver and the location for pick up. We would surely refer the property to anyone coming to Athens!

Stay here it is the best

Fun times very well located within walking distance of very many things. Spend the extra money and get the room with the balcony then relax with a bottle in the evening listening to the music from the tavern below watching people come and go while having a pleasant chat with a special someone. Staff was great. Rooms are super clean.

Immaculate

This is a brand new hotel with impeccable features including the option of a room with a jacuzzi. Rooms are beautifully designed with attention to detail. The location can not be beat. Very centrally located and close to everything by walking. There are many eateries all around and the metro station is with a five minute walk. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The highest of recommendations goes out to this one and we will definitely be back.
