We hebben nooit iemand van verhuurders kant gezien. Een vriendelijke buurvrouw heeft de eigenaar gebeld en geholpen met de entree. Al gauw merkten we dat veel dingen niet klopten: het ophang systeem van regendouche was kapot en eigenaar had de kraan ervan afgeschroefd. Er was nog een handdouche met een dun straaltje maar daar kon je niet geheel mee douchen.En..er was in het hele appartement geen warm water. De openslaande deuren naar het balkon waren bijna niet te openen en sluiten. Er was een dubbele elektrische kookplaat om water te koken voor een kopje thee maar er was slechts één mok aanwezig. De WiFi werkte niet. Alleen de TV, de airco en de kookplaat werkten. We hebben alle gebreken gemeld bij de eigenaar, maar die heeft nooit gereageerd. Wel kregen we toen al waren vertrokken, een bericht met de vraag of alles naar wens was geweest: de brutaliteit ten top! Dit adres hoort niet thuis bij welke verhuur organisatie dan ook. Ik eis een deel van het geld terug en houd niet de eigenaar maar ook Vrbo aansprakelijk.
