this is a place you wanna book if you want a good view of the acropolis. All the tourist spots is also just walking distance from this area. We love this place so much that we do have our breakfast which is all inclusive in our hotel, stay but we also booked for a separate dinner reservation because of the view at night and the staff is very friendly. Thank you so much.

Meh, it could have been better.

Continuously tripped over the metal stuf on the bathroom floor as a door stopper. Very loud and noisy outside of the room, which was deceiving from photos. Beds were very comfortable and staff was very professional and kind.

This is a lovely hotel n an excellent location just opposite the Temple of Olympian Zeus. Walk around the corner and you are at the Akropolis metro station, new museum and the entrance to the Plaka shopping streets! Excellent restaurant on the roof with panaramic view of the Akropolis and the whole city. Staff are lovely and friendly and very attentive. We have stayed before and will definitely stay again!

The most unique part is the roof-top restaurant where you can watch closely the Acropolis while dinning. Also, it's close proximity to the Acropolis and the Plaka shops and restaurants

Overall, excellent hotel in perfect location for sightseeing. Walkable to Acropolis, botanical gardens, museums, metro station, and dining. The staff were wonderful, especially Evita at the rooftop bar and restaurant. The view of the Parthenon from the rooftop was breathtaking. The only drawback was truly terrible Wi-Fi service. I think the hotel is set up for only 1 link per room. My husband set his up first, and during our entire 6 day stay I only short spurts of spotty service at best. I did complain to the front desk.

Wonderful view of the Acropolis!!

Athens Gate is so lovely and convenient to everything you would want to see. I never got over seeing the view of the Acropolis from the 8th floor breakfast/dinner/bar! It was just an unbelievable view, very special. The staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to help. We really enjoyed our stay.
