Unresponsive and not helpful

Horrible, tried contacting the apartment and no one answered. Contacted Hotels. Com to assist with reaching out to the rental properity and no luck either. Had to find another hotel in athens since they never answered our calls or messages. Lost my money on this hotel will try to see if a refund is provided.
