Great location, great staff, but extremely loud. Even on the weekdays, there was a lot of hustle and bustle and you could hear everything. We were on the second floor, but our friends that were on the fourth floor could hear the same amount of noise as we could. The rooms can be incredibly small with not a lot of space to store clothes so if you’re going for a length of time this hotel may not be the best if you get a standard room. I would suggest upgrading because our friends upgraded to the presidential suite and had plenty of closet space for their clothing.

Staff at reception were very helpful and nothing was too much for them. Room was lovely, very high quality, bed super comfy and bathroom had a lovely shower. Everything you need is in the room. Only slight annoyance was the breakfast, restocking of food and cutlery took some time. The food was good though

The location is great— just two-minute walk from the metro station, which was quite convenient for us from the airport to the hotel by train. The hotel is within walking distance to main archeological attractions in Athens. The front desk staff is very nice and friendly. One downside: it is a bit noisy at night because of the location. In general we enjoyed our staying there.

Just nearly at Monastiraki square but on side street so very convenient to walk all around old town and all sight seeing areas. 12 minutes to Acropolis , 5 min to ancient agora. Lots of places to eat nearby. There was some mild noise from the square due to busy area but nothing to disturb sleep except one night where there was loud noise till 12 midnight. Breakfast was limited options but good- however it was same everyday and got rather fed up of same food. Room and hotel clean and well kept with good amenities. Kind and courteous reception staff.

I can't say enough about Athens Tower! At first the location through me off. BUT.... as soon as I got in the hotel it was just amazing. The rooms, the restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet. The roof top bar with amazing drinks and food, overlooking the Acropolis! Really, spectacular. Please book this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Super loud due to street noise and club/bar on rooftop above the hotel. Impossible to sleep. Thin walls. No security, anyone going to club can walk into your floor. Elevators a nightmare - too small and overrun by 20 year olds coming or going from rooftop bar. If you travel with family recommend you look elsewhere. Truly too expensive for a mediocre room and no rest. Front desk staff were very nice tough.

This hotel was located in a great area with shopping and lots of food. It was a little rough outside and there was some protesting at one point. But it was lively and gave a lot of options.

Yes. The hotel was excellent in all categories. I have traveled extensively and this has to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Chris at the front desk was great, friendly and knowledgeable about everything we needed. The free breakfast was excellent. The hotel was conveniently located in Monastiraki square with a wonderful rooftop bar restaurant with a fantastic view of the acropolis. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there when we return.

Loved, everything about this Hotel! The hotel is in the center of the square. When you walk in the Athens Tower it's absolutely filled with charm and character....Our corner room was so spacious and overlooked the Acropolis. The food and drinks were amazing. Whether you ate in the dining room for the buffet breakfast or the amazing roof top bar it was first class food and service. You will love this hotel. BOOK IT!

This is a great home base hotel. Right next to Monistraki, Plaka and the metro. It’s tucked in a bit, but easy enough to find. The very best roof top bar. Views of acropolis at night are stunning. The staff are second to none. Each one we encountered was polite and so very helpful. Room is spotless and looks just like the web photos. They have daily breakfast but we didn’t do that. Coffee bars are everywhere ! Athens can be a bit gritty but don’t be put off. We had a home away from home there. I’d def return
