The room itself was really nice. It was pleasantly upgraded & the check in was SO easy. My only complaint is that the area was very noisy at night. If people walked by the room you could clearly hear their conversations. & any car that drove by, you’d also clearly hear inside. But for the price, it wasn’t bad. Location is far from Athens, but very close & convenient to the airport. Especially if you have an early morning flight.

Excellent modern, stylish and clean property near the airport. Everything easy to find. No issues with check-in instructions. Balcony was a nice addition. Bed was comfy and the property felt very secure. Would happily use again if in need of place to crash next to the airport. Easily accessible by public transport or taxi as required.

The instructions for accessing the apartment were excellent and included photos. The location is very close to a couple of restaurants which was perfect for our late arrival. We took advantage of the taxi service to and from the airport for €22 each way. The mattress was very soft. The only issue we had was with the wall-mounted air conditioner making a loud intermittent noise.

I liked that the walls were thick and it made it quiet. Clean. I was able to get delicious food ordered and delivered. I wasn’t familiar with the area and it was getting darker when I arrived, so I didn’t really venture out, but the area looked good when I got outside the next morning. Getting all the information on What’s app was fairly smooth, but I had to work out some communication issues with one person. And it wasn’t just because of a language barrier. I was fortunate there was another person arriving who was familiar with the entrance process and helped me to find the entry code on the email sent to get in. Otherwise I would have just gotten back on WhatsApp and contacted someone again. I didn’t like having to drag my heavy suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. I have an injury and that was tough.But I was able to sleep many hours there which I needed to do. I would go back again and perhaps request a room closer to the front door.

We had 2 different taxis from the airport using GPS and the second one finally found the place. Wifi password could have been posted in the room for convenience. Not much around …no morning coffee! Machine but no milk. Bed was comfortable but young person parked out front talking loudly on the phone. I was a little uncomfortable with the situation. I don’t know how the city tax got paid. Car service was very good.

Short distance from the airport (10min), quiet area. I arrived around 5pm and most stores were closed. The restaurant around the corner was perfect. The room was clean, quiet, and roomy. No kettle or anything to boil water (why I gave 4 stars) for tea. Otherwise for an overnight stay off site from the airport, it was great. Communication with Avelink was good (from booking a taxi transfer to instructions on checking in and access code information). Questions were answered promptly by WhatsApp texting. Overall I would stay here again.

Inside the building was clean. I felt safe when I saw that our room had a bolt on the inside. However, my friends felt very afraid and wanted to leave. We lost power in our apartment for about 25 minutes. The breakfast cafe next door to the property was closed during most of our stay. We had to walk about 4 minutes down the street to find food. Safety was a big concern for us. When we arrived from the airport and exited the cab, a lady came up to us as if she was about to step in the apartment. We were scared! Nearby the apartment another lady was doing drugs openly. Another day we needed water, however, a group of young adults had a feud next to the apartment. We had to go to our apartment and do without the water for the night.

We had a wonderful stay at Boutique Studios & Apartments-by Avelink. The location in Spata-Artemida was perfect—only a short drive from Athens International Airport, which made our arrival and departure so easy, yet close enough to enjoy the nearby beach and local restaurants. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchenette was well equipped for light cooking. Our host was warm and welcoming, offering helpful tips for local dining and sightseeing. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication was excellent throughout. This is an ideal spot for anyone wanting a convenient, peaceful place near the airport without feeling like you’re stuck in an “airport hotel.” We would happily stay here again.
