Cozy Large Apartment Near Ampelokipoi

This cozy gem is high above street so you get a wonderful breeze all day long to beat the heat. It is a large, spacious and comfortable apartment. Its location is close to Ambelokipoi on the one side and Fokionos Negri on the other. There are two large bedrooms so you have enough space. There is a large sitting and dinning room and wrap around balconies. So each room in the house has its own balcony.

The location is perfect, walking distance to many places but also close enough for a €7 taxie ride into the centre. The apartment is located walking distance to Ambelokipoi, 40 minute walk to Exarchia and on the other side Fokionos Negri for amazing shopping, cafes and bars. Of course with a bus you are only 15 minutes away from Syntagma square. So you have a 360 reach to Athens and its suburbs.

The house is fully furnished and consistently being upgraded so call to ask for additional information. We accept short term and semi-long term stays. Please note// there is a surcharge of €30/ after the second guest and €7 for the fourth guest.
