Very nice hotel with lots of amenities.Large pool outside and smaller one inside plus swimming in the Agean Sea. Many places to lay out or sit down for a drink. Lots of choices of restaurants although we always went with the buffet option which was huge. Buffet for breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed the spa treatments. There were options there that I haven't seen anywhere else.

Overall an Ok place. Had to wait until exactly 3:00 for check-in, while our friends not only got checked in early, but upgraded to a bungalow to accommodate the early arrival. Resort was also in need of some major repairs, including the pool liner & edging.

I stayed at Dolce by Wyndham Athens Attica Riviera for one night and was upgraded to a bungalow. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned into one of the most distressing hotel stays I’ve ever had. While I was away at dinner, someone entered my locked room. Several items were stolen, including jewelry, a portable charger, my AirPods, and a few smaller items totaling approximately $900 in value. I noticed things were out of place upon returning and immediately contacted the front desk. I also attempted to track my AirPods using my phone. 3 staff members responded quickly, and while I appreciate their promptness, I was surprised when one of them questioned whether I had really brought my jewelry with me. I had. The staff used my phone to track the AirPods and ultimately found them in the bushes just outside my bungalow—strong evidence that someone had indeed entered my room and attempted to dispose of stolen items. The staff asked if I wanted to involve the police, which I did. I was told the police would require me to go to the station, so I quickly packed my belongings to move to a room in the main building (which, notably, has security cameras unlike the bungalows). I accompanied the hotel manager to the police station, only to be told the officers needed to come to the hotel instead. I followed up with an email listing the stolen items and despite being told they would review key card access records and follow up, I’ve heard nothing back.

Property is very nice. But the description is very deceptive. It may be 4 miles from the air port. But it’s not. It’s a very long drive and it cost 35-50 Euro to get there. It’s definitely nice but way out of the way

Let me start with the good. The property is BEAUTIFUL. The location on the sea the premises. The rooms quite nice. The breakfast that is included was also good. But unfortunately that is ALL the positives. At check in the reception area was staffed with about four persons none of who greet you or even smile. When you approach them it’s as if you’re bothering them. Our room was not ready the receptionist told me to check back in 30 mins. When I went back she was sent to break and the man who took over for her told me my room wasn’t ready that check in was at 3pm. He was quite rude and very dismissive. When our room was ready a different receptionist pointed to the elevators didn’t give us a breakdown of the property where to go NOTHING! just pointed down the hall. I wasn’t offended until after we couldn’t find the right way only to see the male receptionist walking with guest after us to the elevator and assisting them with their bags. This dismissive borderline rude and irritated behavior continued for the duration of our stay. I have never been treated like this at a hotel before. And for this reason will never recommend dolce. The buffet dinner is pricey cold and lack luster. The entire staff does not speak to the guest when passing in the hall. Honestly I’m quite big on manners and hospitality. And this place was terrible with both. It’s quite far from the city center and transfer to Athens by cab is 60 euros if you book thru them. Don’t stay here!!!!
