New hotel, very clean, good security to reach your floor and to access your room. Staff was very friendly, nice breakfast, good variety. Central location to Monastiraki Square and Syntagma Square, close to eateries, ice cream shops, market and shopping. The room was comfortable with coffee maker & supplies including various teas, mini fridge, mini bar, toiletries, hair dryer and a clothes steamer. The only critique I have is the lack of storage, one small closet and two small drawers.

Staff was amazing!! Breakfast was to die for!! The hotel was in an excellent location in the heart of Athens right across from the acropolis. One issue was that there were some problems with the door handles and locks on the rooms. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars!! They also helped arrange transportation from the airport and then to the port to leave for our cruise which was extremely helpful! Service was above and beyond!

We had the most amazing stay at Eternity Athens. The rooms were wonderful and had every amenity you would require, the staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was AMAZING!!! The hotel is centrally located in Athens and is within walking distance to lots of main attractions and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying at Eternity Athens for all travellers!

The pluses with this property is that it is a pretty boutique hotel with a nice breakfast and cocktail area, plus outdoor seating. The suites were large and well appointed. The challenge is that it is next door to a very busy loading area so there were trucks coming and going and the air quality wasn't good. It is also not a disability friendly property so keep that in mind. The elevator malfunctioned and had to be reset a few times and the stairway has no handrails. There are no safety rails in the shower area and the marble shower floor is very slippery. My roommate fell in the shower and was told by the front desk staff that other guests had reported that they needed a safety rail in the shower as well and they had "noted it." Overall I would recommend this property, but take care especially if you are an older guest.

The breakfast is amazing! The staff are very pleasant and attentive throughout the Hotel. We had some issues with our room, the safe wouldnt lock and needed to be repaired, our room door would not close properly and i actually broke the handle off trying to close it. Thus is a ery new hotel so they are still ironing things out but overall it was excellent including the staff.

Loved my stay here. The staff is amazing and the location is great. My only complaint is that the rooms are made for minimalist aesthetics, not comfort—no luggage stand, no drawers, and the headboard curves out so you can’t reach your glass of water on the nightstand. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel and nice staff. Location is good. However, Very noisy at night so unfortunately would not recommend the hotel . In the room the beautiful shower has a highly polished floor, we had to put a towel down while showering, also the nightstand is located behind a winged headboard out of reach , so ended up putting things on the floor at night next to the bed. If we had slept all would have been overlooked.

My husband and I were fortunate to have spent eleven nights at the Eternity Hotel. It’s a new hotel and the staff is outstanding. A big thank you to those whom I was able to get the names of: Despoine, Eleni, Gabriel and Petros at the front desk who made us feel so welcomed, by smiling and answering our many questions; Leah, the sweetest young lady, who kept our room spotless; Tania, our barista, who made the most delicious Americana coffee; and Spyros and Chris, the highly efficient servers that truly added to our delicious continental breakfasts. Cris is a wealth of information if you want to know about Athens. There were other staff members as well, a chef and a pastry chef and I wish I could list all the staff who are making this hotel a true retreat. We looked forward to the continental breakfast because there were so many delicious food choices and the menu varied every day. We were even offered additional choices specifically prepared by the chef. I recommend the scrambled eggs. The location is perfect. We had a partial view of the Acropolis and were within a short walking distance of Plaka and the Monastiraki Square, with so many restaurants nearby and a fantastic dining room with a patio right in the hotel. Our room was spacious and quiet; the bed and pillows were so comfortable; the bathroom was beautiful, with a rainforest shower head; and the expresso machine and clothes steamer were a nice touch. The Etetnity Hotel in Athens get a 10 out of 10!
