The air conditioner in unit 3 seemed to have some issues and wouldn’t stay on. It was not on a timer. Overall it was a nice place.

The shuttle service is a small van that works by a reservation system. Our flight was late so we had the choice of waiting several hours for another hotel shuttle or spending $30 on a cab. It may have been just because it was the middle of the night, or the entrance being in a dark alley with graffiti everywhere and slummy buildings but the location seemed poor; we paid less for places on the beach in tourist hotspots The AC didn’t work and the shower head was broken so water sprayed out of the stall onto the bathroom floor. The room was not what we expected — instead of a queen bed, we got two twins — and the mattress was very, very firm. Other than all that, it was nice.

Very nice property but the shuttle service was horrendous. The primary reason why we selected a shuttle option is so that we did not have to deal with taxies and this made our experience not so good. Additionally, they forgot to empty the kitchen garbage bin which is a no no.

Such a cute place! Felt very safe with the way the apartments were setup and loved that the stay included the shuttle to the airport. It was a perfect spot for walking around to convenience stores, shopping, and had a great pizza as well from one of the recommendations! Would absolutely stay here again!

I made a last minute reservation for a midnight to 05:00 stay. They immediately contacted me using multiple channels to arrange the airport transfers, which were to-the-minute on time. Great communication, great service, and perfect room for a few hours sleep.

Never Staying Here Again!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the room itself was acceptable, I was unexpectedly charged additional fees that were never clearly communicated at the time of booking. When I asked for clarification, the staff offered no helpful explanation. This kind of practice feels misleading and left me with a very negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

We had cockroaches in our room . One felt on my daughter hair , she was terrified. Stay there for fews minutes and left . Sleep at the airport instead . It end our trip very bad . One guy though it was funny and owner said it was normal that time of year . Well never mention on the web , bugs included . Horrible experience . They don’t want to pay me back , lack of respect . Never , never again .
