The villa is located in a peaceful neighborhood near the beaches and the Lagonissi Grand Resort Hotel. Lagonissi is located approximately 35 km southeast of Athens and 27 km northwest of Cape Sounio. It is filled with luxury homes, beaches, and hotels as well as facilities and nice restaurants, located within Saronic Gulf all along the shoreline.
The house is a one-storey villa of 200 sq.m. with a nice garden all around and a private swimming pool in the backyard.
The space
The villa is fully air conditioned, has 24 hours warm water and WIFI all over the place. Television, DVD, vacuum cleaner, ironing tools, hair drier, bed linen and towels are also provided for you to use. There is parking area for two cars and spacious verandas all around the house

Guests have access to everything in the villa. The whole apartment is 200m2 .bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, living room, parking space all gardens and private swimming pool,balcony over the pool and all in between. The basement of the villa remains locked and closed (a small house independent of the villa on the front side of the building)On the front side of the Villa, on the facade (and only on it!) there is a security camera towards the external entrance door for your complete safety
