The only bad thing we experienced was that there was dead cockroach’s outside and inside the apartment. There were under the sink and near the laundry room.

On the negative side..the accommodation is a bit out of the way. It is also in a residential block, where, out of the owners control, the neighbours were over heard having a loud 'domestic'. On the plus side..as it is out of the way, the (nice) restaurants close by, are great value for money. Overall...for those on a budget, good value for money, but for those with extra cash..pay a bit more.

There was mold and cockroaches, smelled like sewer. There was not a heater for the apartment or it didn’t work. The first night someone got into the corridor and was yelling for several hours. I would not recommend you stay here unless you don’t mind the smell of sewer, mold on the walls, and cockroaches on the kitchen. And do t mind being cold in the winter. The location is ok, about 10 minute walk from many food options. Right across the street from a grocery store. The owners would not give us a partial refund. Expedia would not either. I am very disappointed. I may be out the stay of 2 places because I could not stay here due to a mold allergy.

Nice little studio !

The studio was so nice ! Cleanliness of the studio was overall nice ! The only downside was the linens , they’re all white which I understand can be easy to pick up stain . However these stains were beyond that, which at this point felt like the linens should have been changed. There is AC ! Which is nice , cold / hot water for shower ! However hot water only lasted for about 5-8 mins tops. Overall the bed is really comfy & the couch is comfy as well, kitchen was well equipped although only stayed for one night there was no need for it . But great to know for any future long travelers

Some small things would make it be better

The apartment is relatively new. The location is good. An the price is OK. Checking in was easy. But but but WiFi is too bad. The internet is too slow. There is only one channel on TV. We found some crockroaches in- and outside the apart ment that gave some uncomfortable feelings. We stayed for a week but there was no extra trash bags in the kitchen and the toilet.

Not what we expected

Our stay was acceptable, but we were glad that we didn’t had to stay there for more than a few days. It was difficult to get in contact with the owners which were problematic since we didn’t get the information about how we could check in beforehand. The cleanliness was ok, but there was hair on the floor and dirty spots on the sofa. Also it smelled a lot of smoke in the apartment. The aircondition was nice.

Stay away from this apartment

The first thing you feel when you open the door is the stench of a sewer and stuffy smell. The toilet smells really bad and is goes out in the room. The neighbor next door was yelling for several nights. We don't know if they were fighting or they are just very loud people. When we arrived they only provide us 1 1/2 roll of toilet paper and we stayed there for 1 week. We asked them for more toiletries. They said that they had leave it in front of our door but we did not see any toiletries when we came back to the apartment. Maybe somebody stole it who lives in the building. They should provide more toiletries from the beginning when they already knew that we will stay there for a week. They should really wash their pillows and duvet because it has a lot of yellow stain or better yet get a new one.
