The villa is luxurious and includes includes private swimming pool, garden, BBQ, parking.It is fully furnished, fully equipped and modern decorated with expensive materials.



There are 2 master bedrooms with sea view, 2 bedrooms with garden view, 4 bathrooms, living room and dining room, laundry and kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped. Beachfront Villa

Beautiful, well kept villa on Saronic Gulf. Photos pretty close to reality. Back of property opens up to public beach. Walkable to coffee shop and grocery store, but would recommend renting a car - car port on property - as there are few sidewalks and town center only accessible by road (ie, no beach or sidewalk passage). Not many tourists in area, which was nice. With traffic, arnd 45-50 min to downtown Athens. Wi-Fi and AC work well. My family are mattress snobs, and the four beds were very comfortable. Onsite washer, no dryer (line dry). Good communication with owners and mgmt.
