The house/villa was newly designed and refurbished in 2022 and is located in the famous and beautiful area of Schinias beach in Marathon, Greece.
You can reach Santa Cruz beach facilities in 2 minutes walking distance from the house.
We offer 4 double bed rooms and 3.5 bath rooms in the main house. An additional double bed room and 1.5 bath rooms are located in the guest house.
There is an additional and separate sleeping and bath area for your service personnel in the basement of the main house.
The house maintains a beautiful and scenic sun deck with direct access to the kitchen and a wind/sun shade, and a maintained green garden perfect for your relaxation. There is a tennis court and basketball facilities available for your sporting activities as well.
Our partners at Santa Cruz offer full beach and water sports services, as well as two 10m speed boats (Axopar and Rock Marine) for day trips as well as a 28m Magusta yacht for rental.
