My stay here was awesome. Perfect location close to a lot of restaurants, sightseeing and the Acropolis. The place had everything I needed comfortable bed, nice space and view. Will highly recommend staying.

I had a fantastic stay here! From the start, Eva's communication was excellent—she even arranged an airport pickup for us, and the driver was ready and waiting when we landed. Throughout our stay, she was always quick to respond to any questions, making everything smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was a highlight—quiet and charming, with great coffee shops, bakeries, bars, and restaurants nearby. I appreciated that it was outside the main tourist areas, giving a more local feel, yet it was still just a 15-20 minute walk to the main square. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Athens!

Good location, easy walk to the main sites and venues. Public transportation close by. Main downtown area close, easy walk. Property has a small gym, very nice. Rooms are up to date and spacious. Comfortable bed, good ac, water pressure. One small detail, property claims to supply ‘free toiletries’. Not so, I brought this up to the property mgr., they will notify owners. Will stay here on my return.

This is a great apartment right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to the Acropolis and all through the area no problem. Eva made sure we had everything we needed and helped us coordinate rides with a wonderful taxi service. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for families.

Fantastic find. We had everything we needed for our stay with our 14 year old son. We had reservations about the area and the walk into the centre of Athens but we shouldn't have worried. The walk through the park to the historical centre is a lovely way to start/end the day. If you don't fancy the walk, why leave the area. Definitely stay close to the residence for dinner and/or an evening drink. It's much cheaper than the centre, and the food and drink options are so much better. Big shout out to Eva, our host for the trip. She was great and always on hand if we had a question about anything. Will definitely book again for our next trip to Athens.

Communication was excellent with this hotel. They arranged my transportation from the airport. Gave me a list of local restaurants to try. I tried several and they were excellent. The location is good if you want to be near the tourist, but want something with a more local vibe. They also checked part way through my stay to see how it was going.

Great apartment at a good price!

Management was very responsive to our needs. The area around the apartment is safe and there are small supermarkets and eateries nearby. It takes 15 minutes walk to metro. There is washer and dryer in the basement so it's very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need. I would stay again!

We had an incredible stay at the Olympic Residences. We stayed in the Aphrodite suite and could not be happier. The rooms were perfect for what we were looking for and it truly exceeded our expectations. Eva was a great host and provided tons of dining recommendations which we tried and really loved. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Athens in the future!

Beyond expectation!

My friend and i stayed at the Artemis apartment for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our plane arrived early and Eva was very kind to let us check in much earlier than planned. The view was amazing and the room itself was incredibly clean and spacious. It felt like a luxury apartment for the price. The only downside is how it has ruined all other hotel rooms for us in the future😂

We enjoyed our stay at the Olympus Hotel apartment. Such great accomadations! We loved that it was in a great Greek community not far from tourist destinations. It was great to experience the Greek culture through this community. Also Eva gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area
