Despite the central location, the apartment itself is nice and quiet, being on a sleepy side street away from traffic. This is a great opportunity to explore the finest sites of the city, from a pied-a-terre that won't disappoint even the most discerning traveller. The apartment has been recently renovated (2019), and is located on the first floor of an Athenian apartment building and is accessible via elevator. It comprises one large double bedroom, one bathroom, a living area and open plan kitchen. There is a balcony facing a very quiet street. The space has a washer and drier, flat screen TV, AC and ceiing fans.

Koukaki is a very hip neighborhood (voted as one of the most popular quarters in the world last year!). It is moments away from both the Acropolis and the brand new modern art museum. There are really trendy new bars, boutiques and restaurants nearby.
The apartment is 3 minutes walk away from the Fix metro station, and you can also use nearby buses with destination the centre of Athens or towards the southern coast of Athens. The majority of car rental agencies are located on Syngrou avenue nearby, so picking up a car is super easy.
Welcome shampoo and conditioner is provided. The guests have to provide their own for long stays.
