Nice place but know what you are getting into.

The condo was really nice and we enjoyed our teip. However the showerhead in the master bathroom doesnt move and when you turn it on it soaks the floor outside the shower. The bathroom is small but if they don't change the shower head the floor is going to get messed up quickly. Especially since it takes the shower at least 10 minutes for the water to get warm. Luckily we noticed it was saoking the floor right away amd kept a towel on the floor to catch water, others might not notice. The HOA restrictions that nothing can be left outside is a lot. Even with it pouring rain, you cant leave an umbrella out to dry for 5 minutes. Restrictions say that you cant take water or sand in the unit but if you cant let your umbrella dry before you take it in, you are in violation either way. Be sure someone will knock on the door and tell you to remove anything left outside even if it is to keep water from getting in the unit.
