Barefoot Bungalow Just walking minutes from the beach

Come enjoy this wonderful condo duplex (right side) with 4 bedrooms, parking for 5 vehicles and just a short walk to the beach with nice access in Club Colony. Charcoal grill and 2 outdoor showers, one with hot water!

The first floor has two bedrooms, one with three twin beds and the other with 2 Queen Beds. A full bath and washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.

The second floor also has two bedrooms each with a king bed and a full bath with an additional toilet and sink. The living area is an open concept with the living room, kitchen and dining room with seating for eight. There is a front and rear deck with seating and great ocean and sound views from the front deck.

TVs are located in all bedrooms and living room. Movies, games and WI-FI provided.

Renters are required to sign a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement and must be 25 years or older to rent.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Perfect spot

I was worried about finding a spot a short walk for my parents, and 3 yr old, but this place was perfect. I'd say it took 1- 2 minutes to get to the beach path, then you're there. Quiet street, so no traffic concerns. Would stay here again

Great Location

This property was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Entire family had plenty of room to spread out. Outdoor balconies had great views and hammock was a favorite for the cool breeze. Would definitely book this one again!

Fantastic family holiday!

Me, my 3 siblings and our families rented this house together. We spent several days here over Thanksgiving because the it was close to family in the area. It was absolutely lovely. The main living area and kitchen was big enough for everyone to spread out and multiple cooks were able to fit in at once. The beach was close enough for the kids to walk and find shells, and the whole area was nice for family walks in the evening. It was our first holiday after losing both our parents this year. It was absolutely lovely. The house was perfect, the host was easy to work with, and it was just what we needed. Thank you for everything!

Nice property - great October weekend!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This house was perfect for our girls weekend at the beach! It was clean and the decor was fun and beachy. The house is stocked with games, which was helpful during those rainy afternoons. The beach is a very short walk down the street and you can see the waves AND the sound from the deck. We look forward to staying here again!

Comfortable home with a beautiful breeze on the front deck, perfect for early morning coffee! Easy walk to the beach, and having an outdoor shower at the end of the day was appreciated. Very quiet and perfect for our adult family get together!

Home away from Home

We have never rented a property before and this one was more than we had hoped for. It felt as if we were at home (that's the point right?) and the location was perfect. After our tough year of teaching (we are both teachers) we needed this and our environment could not have been better. House great! Location great! Community great! Restaurants great! Perfect family getaway

Our family had such a wonderful time here. The home was clean and inviting and offered the perfect accommodations for our family’s weekend at the beach. The house is only a short walk to the beach, and we loaded our wagons every day with everything we needed for beach fun. Morning coffee on the beach ✔️ Evening strolls looking for beach shells ✔️ Night time strolls to see the stars ✔️ It’s a great property and we are so grateful the home was opened to our family.
