First Floor: Bedroom#1-#3 are located on this floor, each with their own queen bed, dresser, smart TV, and deck access. Bedroom #1 and #2 shares a full bath. Bedroom #4 has two Twin/queen Bunk sets, dresser, and smart TV. Bedroom #3 and #4 share a full bath. Laundry Room is also located on this floor.
Second Floor: Master Bedroom #5 is located on this floor with a king bed, dresser, private bathroom & deck access. The kitchen and dining room are located on this floor with deck access, smart TV's, couches, and chairs.

No Smoking. DOGS ALLOWED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Rentals Only; Monthly Rentals Not Included); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum (Last Minute and Off season Only).
Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
