This Newly Renovated BEACH BLOCK 2nd-floor condo is also the perfect getaway for those seeking sun, sand, and fun.. Situated in the 800 block of the north end of town, this property is just a stone's throw away from the beach and all the fantastic amusements Ocean City offers. Simply stroll past 10 houses and 1 hotel to enjoy the beach and boardwalk! It’s a great spot to view the fireworks and the ferris wheel light show.

As you step inside this condo you will be greeted with over 900 sq ft. of spacious living with central air. This home is perfect for entertaining friends and family. Enjoy high speed internet to stream your favorite flix on the new 65” smart TV. The well equipped kitchen boasts quartz countertops and a generously sized island with tile flooring, giving you plenty of space to pack a lunch for the beach or whip up your favorite beachside meals. Use the grill to cook up dinner, then eat on the outdoor table or the full sized dining room. Step outside onto the deck and take in the fresh ocean air.
