Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again.
